You should have expertise in SAP architecture, products, and modules along with strong communication skills. Project management knowledge is essential, including a solid understanding of project management methods and processes, the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects. Analytical skills are crucial, as you must be able to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, evaluate their impact on IT and business processes, and understand language requirements such as WRICEF, Configuration, and Master Data. Change management competence is also key, as you will need to manage change and promote acceptance among stakeholders when introducing a new language strategy. Teamwork and collaboration are important aspects of the role, requiring you to work closely with other teams and stakeholders, effectively collaborate, and engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. You should have the ability to communicate a clear understanding of the language strategy and options to stakeholders. Additionally, you should have experience in managing the life cycle of products, ensuring uninterrupted language services and support, even during periods of change or disruption. Knowledge and experience in PI planning are necessary to maintain effective language services that minimize any potential impact on business operations.
