Job Description
You are an experienced SAP PP & QM Lead who will oversee the implementation and hypercare of SAP S/4HANA on RISE for EPC projects. You will be responsible for managing the Production Planning and Quality Management modules to ensure they meet the complex needs of engineering, procurement, and construction operations. Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation of the SAP PP & QM modules, developing detailed project plans, coordinating with other functional leads, gathering business requirements, analyzing and mapping requirements to SAP functionalities, designing and configuring the SAP PP & QM modules, ensuring robust integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, conducting testing and quality assurance, providing training and support, offering hypercare support, monitoring project performance, and generating status reports. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) is highly desirable. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP PP & QM implementation and support, preferably within the EPC industry. Proficiency in project management tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A Master's degree and familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and other SAP modules are preferred qualifications. This position may require working outside of standard business hours to meet project deadlines.,
