Description Location: Gurugram / Hyderabad Role Type: Full Time Published On: 11 June 2025 Experience: 6+ Years Share this job Description Role and Responsibilities Deliver day-to-day support for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules. Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent issue recurrence. Configure and maintain SAP SD and MM modules based on evolving user requirements. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. Address issues related to master and transactional data, including Material, Vendor, Customer, and Pricing records. Manage integration points between SAP SD/MM and other modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP). Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) while coordinating efforts with Quality Assurance (QA) teams. Develop and update documentation, including functional specifications and user guides. Partner with Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) developers to deliver custom enhancements and troubleshoot system issues. Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities specific to SD and MM processes. Skills And Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP SD and SAP MM modules. Demonstrate strong knowledge of key SD processes such as Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Deliveries. Work effectively with SAP ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or SAP Solution Manager. Apply configuration skills in SAP SD and MM modules to meet business needs. Understand Intermediate Documents (IDocs), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and integrations with third-party systems. Communicate clearly and maintain strong interpersonal skills to support cross-functional collaboration.,
