Job Description
SAP MM Implementation Consultant Location : Powai, Mumbai / Exp : 5 +Years Job description : Oversee all SAP MM areas including resolution of the L1 and L2 issues reported by the business and implementation of improvement areas in these modules Work along with SAP or external advisors and vendors for L3 and product support areas Ensure reported issues are resolved in a timely manner as per the SLA agreed with the business team Manage and support seamless connectivity and operations of retail stores Perform continuous process improvement from respective areas using SAP MM along with business team members and Internal Audit team and implement these process improvements in the S/4 HANA system Ensure the maintenance of current SAP projects and technology systems. Also manage integration/IDOCs with POS systems Provide required support to the MIS and BI team in developing BI/Analytical report Identify vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement as per new SAP S/4 HANA versions Manage SAP technology projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints Propose strategic solutions and recommend new systems and software along with IT head/Group CIO Enable process efficiency of operations Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements along with IT head/Group CIO Drive innovation for store/depot/head or back office core business operations by recommending viable technologies Provide guidance and expertise in e-commerce, web, and mobile customer experience channels,
