Job Description

You are seeking a SAP MII Techno-functional Consultant for a contractual opportunity in a hybrid mode setting. The position is available in Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai with a shift timing from 1 PM to 10 PM. As a SAP MII Techno-functional Consultant, you must have been involved in at least one or more successful SAP MII project implementations. You should possess a strong technical background in SAP MII solution development, encompassing all components of the MII application such as Data Services, Content Development, Visualization services, Message Services, MDO, MII Frameworks, and SSCE. Your expertise should include systems integration and designing technical interfaces using SAP Plant connectivity (PCo) and/or standard connectors to ERP and shop-floor systems. Proficiency in database skills, particularly MSSQL or Oracle, is required. Additionally, you should be well-versed in SAPUI5 web technology and related web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSLT, and XPath, along with a good knowledge of Business Logic Transactions (BLS). Your responsibilities will include gathering functional requirements from production and quality teams and translating them into technical specifications for MII implementations. Hands-on experience with SAP PP functions like BOM (Bill of Materials), Work Centers, Routing, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is essential. Knowledge of SAP QM functions, including quality inspections, control, and notifications within the context of manufacturing processes, is also required. You should be capable of configuring and customizing SAP PP/QM modules in alignment with MII systems. Experience in providing functional support to SAP PP/QM users and troubleshooting issues related to production, quality, and shop-floor processes will be part of your role. Your ability to design and develop reports and dashboards integrating production data, quality control metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using SAP MII is crucial. You should have experience in streamlining manufacturing processes using SAP PP and QM functionalities to enhance production efficiency and quality control. While it is nice to have a minimum of 1+ years of SAP OEE experience, it is not mandatory. You should be able to write well-maintainable and self-documenting clean code, be self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Strong understanding of SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) processes and their integration with SAP MII is expected.
