Job Description
In2IT Enterprise Business Services is a leading IT consultancy firm specializing in Cloud Computing, Managed Services, Application Development & Maintenance, and Business Process Management Technology Infrastructure Services. The company caters to clients both in India and internationally, with a notable presence in the US, South Africa, Australia, and the Middle East. We are currently looking for a highly skilled SAP MII Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting manufacturing integration solutions that connect shop-floor systems with SAP ERP. Key responsibilities include designing and developing manufacturing dashboards, KPIs, and reports using SAP MII, UI5, and HTML5, as well as developing Business Logic Services (BLS) for data processing and real-time integration. The successful candidate will also be tasked with integrating SAP ERP with plant systems such as PLC, SCADA, MES, and Historians, implementing interfaces using various technologies like web services, IDocs, REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and XML, and collaborating with different teams to digitize manufacturing processes. Troubleshooting performance issues, optimizing BLS logic and database queries, creating technical documentation, and working closely with SAP consultants for functional integration are also part of the role. Minimum qualifications for this position include at least 5 years of experience in SAP MII (including BLS, PCo, and UI5), strong knowledge of JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SQL, HTML, and CSS, hands-on experience in integrating with SAP ERP modules like PP, QM, PM, and MM, and familiarity with real-time data acquisition from shop floor systems using SAP PCo. Candidates should also have an understanding of manufacturing KPIs, OEE, downtime monitoring, and process data analysis, as well as experience working with SQL/Oracle databases and performance tuning. Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP ME, SAP PCo, and OPC communications, knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and Edge Integration, exposure to SCADA, MES, or custom machine interfaces, and familiarity with Node-RED and Python. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired for this position.,
