Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Migration Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis administration and proven expertise in SAP OS/DB migrations across Unix and Windows environments. You will play a key role in executing SAP migration projects and supporting SAP landscapes, ensuring high availability and performance of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP OS/DB Migration projects (at least 23 full-cycle migrations).
• Perform installations, upgrades, and administration of SAP systems including ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, PI, BO, BI, Fiori, TREX, and Solution Manager.
• Manage both ABAP and Java stacks in SAP environments.
• Administer databases including HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MaxDB, and Sybase.
• Execute HANA implementation and migration tasks effectively.
• Ensure optimal performance of SAP systems in production environments.
• Collaborate with offshore/global teams and ensure timely communication and delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 7 years of hands-on SAP Basis and migration experience.
• Strong OS/DB migration skills in Unix, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture.
• Experience working in global delivery models with excellent communication skills.
• SAP Certification in NetWeaver, OS/DB Migration, or HANA Administration is a strong plus.

• Proven experience supporting global enterprise clients.
• Ability to work in high-pressure production environments with minimal supervision.
