We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Trainer to provide professional training in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Key Responsibilities: Deliver SAP HCM training sessions to students or professionals. Customize training sessions to meet the learning needs of students. Prepare training materials, including slides, practical exercises, and assessments. Provide support to students in understanding SAP HCM concepts and functionality. Keep updated on the latest SAP HCM features and industry trends. Qualifications: Proven experience in SAP HCM with a deep understanding of its modules. Prior experience in delivering SAP HCM training sessions. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner. Knowledge of training tools like SAP HCM sandbox environments. Preferred: SAP certification in HCM is a plus. Experience in both online and offline training delivery.
