With a minimum of 5 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who collaborates and manages the team effectively. Your role involves making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems across various teams. Your responsibilities include customizing applications to suit the specific needs of the organization, collaborating with team members to ensure successful application development, and managing tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines. You must have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and experience in designing and building applications based on business requirements.
