As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Implementation & Configuration: You will be involved in the implementation and configuration of SAP systems, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of the business. - Business Requirements Gathering: You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP configuration specifications. - Compliance & Reporting: You will ensure that SAP systems are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as generate reports as needed. - Support & Maintenance: You will provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation. - Training & Development: You will assist in training end-users on SAP systems and contribute to the continuous development of the team's skills and knowledge. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. - Strong communication skills that allow you to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
