Job Description: SAP FICO Support (3)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP FICO Support resources with a strong foundation in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module. The candidate will have a strong domain knowledge of financial accounting and costing and be able to interact effectively with both business users and SAP technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and support SAP FICO module implementations, enhancements, and post implementation support activities.
• Support incident management, problem resolution, and change request handling.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP FICO configurations, roles and authorizations.
• Understand and translate business requirements into SAP FICO functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules:
• Finance: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
• Controlling: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing
• Support end-to-end finance processes & its integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth issue resolution / user support.
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration settings, and test scripts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or masters degree in finance, accounting, or related field (e.g., CA / ICWA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com).
• 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations and support.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant SAP Certification
• Familiarity with integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, ABAP debugging and Roles & Authorizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
