Job Description
As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and testing various FI/CO Modules including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Order, and Profitability Analysis. You will gather business requirements from users and architects to ensure effective data mapping and prepare technical design documents in collaboration with Data Modeler for data model and high-level design documents. Your role will involve developing specifications for Interfaces and custom reports, as well as post validations, Substitution Rules, Forms, Interfaces, User Exits, and Reporting Tools. You will prepare configuration rationales for FI and CO and validate the configuration, along with creating Business Process Procedures (BPP) and user manuals. Additionally, you will document and provide training on finance procedures (AR, AP & GL) while configuring the application to meet customer requirements and offering best-practice guidance on customer processes. Your responsibilities will also include designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes within the SAP FICO module. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate self-direction, initiate solutions to problems, and overcome obstacles with a results-oriented approach.,
