As a Lead with our client (MNC), your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and configure applications to align with business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure seamless application functionality. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) possessing deep knowledge and extensive experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Your role will require influencing and advisory skills, making you responsible for key team decisions and actively engaging with multiple teams to contribute to significant decisions. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing solutions to problems that have implications across various teams, as well as leading and mentoring junior team members. Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting is a must-have skill for this role. You should have a strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, along with experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules. Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and hands-on experience in implementing SAP solutions are also crucial requirements. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is considered a good-to-have skill for this position. It is essential for candidates to have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to be eligible for this role.
