Job Description

As an Engagement Director for EPPM, you will be responsible for leading large global, consulting-led Demand to Supply (DTS) business transformation programs. You should have a proven track record and a deep understanding of business value. You must demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end Demand to Supply business processes, including Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Production Planning and Execution, Quality Management, MES integration, as well as experience with Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) and Project Systems (PS). Your role will involve leading design workshops, planning and delivering build objects (configuration and development), testing, and deployment of SAP DTS business processes enabled by the S/4 HANA functionality. You should have a deep understanding of industry-specific KPIs and benefits of S/4HANA functionality. Communication with business process owners using business language and translating business requirements into technical specifications, configuration, and testing script documents will be essential. As an ideal candidate, you should be able to lead functional teams, provide accurate effort and duration estimates, self-direct, and mentor/manage consulting and client team members. You should also be capable of executing and/or directing system configuration to meet requirements via hands-on configuration when required. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities are crucial, as you will be building and maintaining strong client relationships. Moreover, your experience should include managing transformational initiatives, at least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations, and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience. Additionally, you should have at least six (6) years of experience in proposal and business case development. Strong EPPM experience is required, and experience in utilities, manufacturing, or aerospace would be a plus. You should also have experience managing 5 to 10 resources and be willing to travel up to 100%. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required for this role.,
