ur SAP Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned SAP SuccessFactors-Time-off/Time sheet professionals with hands-on experience. You are required to have skills in the following areas: Experience in E2E Implementation of Employee Central which includes Time sheet Management and Time Off Success factors, EC hand on configuration and expertise in the areas of Position Management, Foundational Objects, MDF, Workflows, pick list management, RBP, Time off, data models and Ad hoc Reports in Employee Central. Configuration experience of Job Information, Compensation Information country specific Employee data as well as the Foundation data Time Management Objects: Create and configure time management objects such as Holiday, Holiday Calendar, Work Schedule, Time Type, and Time Profile within the SAP SuccessFactors system. Created Cross portlet Rules (If a field is changed in Job Info affects other field in the compensation Information) Configured HRIS Sync from EC to other data like employee file- One direction based Worked and modified Employee central Succession, CSF Succession, Corporate, Rules and other data models through XML Accrual Rule Management: Utilize expertise in working with accrual rules, calculation, and recalculation processes within the Employee Central module to ensure accurate and efficient management of employee accruals and leave balances. Timesheet Configuration: Configure the Timesheet module to align with organizational requirements, including setting up time entry rules, validations, and approvals. Time Valuation: Manage the configuration of time valuation processes within the SAP SuccessFactors system to accurately calculate and process time-related data. Time Off Calendar Job Management: Oversee and manage time off calendar jobs to ensure the accurate and timely processing of time off requests and related calendar activities. Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and management of time management objects, accrual rules, timesheet, time valuation, and time off calendar jobs. In-depth knowledge of implementing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including gathering and analyzing business requirements, data input, system configuration, and user support. Demonstrated expertise in creating and configuring time management objects such as Holiday, Holiday Calendar, Work Schedule, Time Type, and Time Profile within SAP SuccessFactors. Strong background in working with accrual rules, calculation, and recalculation processes to manage employee accruals and leave balances effectively within the Employee Central module. Experience in configuring Timesheet module and time valuation processes within the SAP SuccessFactors system. Experience in managing time off calendar jobs to ensure accurate and timely processing of time off requests and related calendar activities.
