Role And Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of multiple projects related to successful engagement or program execution Manage project or complex programs end to end across all domains Own and execute the program plan and be responsible for delivery of its major elements including programs business objectives, scope and solution within quality criteria, on time and budget Demonstrate program success including customer and partner satisfaction, program finances, resources, intellectual capital etc. Provide active risk, issue, dependency, scope, resource, financial and quality management of all key engagement elements Work closely with the Program Sponsors and Program Review Boards to facilitate decisions necessary for program delivery Should have Pre-Sales experience includes end to end sales execution including RFP/RFI preparation, presales, working with delivery team and negotiating with client Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical delivery plans for the engagement or program Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer and SAP Resolve political, resource, budgeting, change and legal issues affecting the program Contract management in relation to client, subcontractors and suppliers Candidate Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP delivery management or similar roles Deep understanding of SAP products, solutions, and technologies Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Required Skills SAP Delivery Management Program Execution Risk Management Skills: vendor management,quality management,financial management,contract management,pre-sales,project management,risk management,tactical delivery plans,program execution,delivery planning,business strategy,sap delivery management,
