The ideal candidate for the position of DBM Warranty and Claims in Chennai should have 6-10 years of experience and possess the following skills and knowledge: - Sound Knowledge on DBM events, actions, and status management. - Ability to configure DBM related customizations independently. - Knowledge on document types, Item Types, Item Categories, Split Management, Order Splits. - Understanding of automotive dealership repair order process from customer gate-in to gate-out. - SD skills to handle pricing and output management skills. - Good understanding of Warranty Management (IS-A-WTY). - Knowledge on Outgoing and Incoming Vendor Categories, Claim type configurations, Validation and Substitution Rules. - Knowledge on systems integration through idocs. - Knowledge on warranty categories, Recalls and Marketing Campaigns. - Knowledge on pricing routines.
