Overview The SAP Data Services Support role is responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Data Services environments. This includes resolving complex data integration issues, optimizing data flows, and ensuring the stability and performance of the data platform. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Data Services, data warehousing concepts, and strong problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Data Services-related issues. Analyse complex data integration challenges and develop effective solutions. Optimize data flow performance and identify bottlenecks. Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing potential issues. Collaborate with business users and IT teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and procedures. Participate in on-call rotation for production support. Stay up-to-date with SAP Data Services advancements and industry best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Services administration and support. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modelling. Proficiency in SQL and database management systems. Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and/or BW 7.x. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
