We need a cutover commander and migration master who can lead complex SAP projects from pre-planning to go-live seamlessly. What Youll Own Cutover Strategy & Execution Plan like a pro. Align teams. Lead go-lives with confidence and minimal disruption. Data Migration Leadership Own the end-to-end: extract transform validate load. Tools of the trade: LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit. Testing & Validation Mock migrations, reconciliations, root cause analysis its all in your playbook. Rock-Solid Documentation Clear plans, clean logs, smooth reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with business, tech, and project leads to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. What You Bring 5+ years of SAP cutover & data migration experience Strong command of SAP SD, MM, FICO modules Proficiency with LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit Experience with S/4HANA (bonus points!) Stellar communication and project coordination skills Bonus Points For SAP Certified Application Associate Data Migration SAP Activate Project Manager Certification Own the cutover.
