Job Description

You will be working as a Lead SAP ABAP Developer with 5-7 years of experience in Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and enhancing SAP ABAP programs, debugging and fixing production support issues, developing and maintaining interfaces for SAP and non-SAP systems, optimizing performance, conducting code reviews, providing support, and collaborating with functional consultants. Additionally, you will be involved in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities and ensuring compatibility with newer SAP versions. To qualify for this role, you should have 5-8 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, expertise in ABAP OOPS, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework, experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Script, and Web Dynpro ABAP, knowledge of IDOCs, RFC, ALE, EDI, and PI/PO integrations, debugging and performance tuning skills, exposure to SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and OData services, basic understanding of SAP modules, and experience in S/4HANA migration or AMS support is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. Preferred certifications for this role include SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA ABAP certification (optional). Key competencies required are ERP Customization, Data Management, Integration, Reporting, System Configuration, Troubleshooting, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Job Knowledge, and Planning Skills. Key technical skills include SAP ABAP, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, ABAP OOPS, ALV, BAPIs, RFCs, BDCs, and SAP S/4HANA. Soft skills such as strong communication skills are also desired. A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational qualification required for this position.,
