Solid know-how of SAP Technologies and Products Expert level BASIS, HANA, CLOUD applications knowledge (preferably BTP and SAP RISE) S/4 experience including hands-on and problem-solving, Fiori, embedded ariba,mdm,GRC,etc. knowledge in solution manager is preferable. Problem-solving skills, including incident resolution, RCA Able to take technical requirements, analysis these, identify existing solutions or architect new Soft skills Strong communication skills: Use clear and concise language to non-technical individuals to articulate technical details effectively. Customer-focused: Thrive in high-pressure situations and maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
