The Salon Manager will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a high standard of service. Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as managing inventory, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and client retention.
