Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive or Sales Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our growing team in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing client relationships, and providing technical solutions using their engineering knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PEB sector. Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and provide customized solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to clients. Use Auto Cad to review and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial offers using Excel. Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure project feasibility. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering 15 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in PEB or construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and understanding structural layouts. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for estimation and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills Experience in PEB, steel structures, or construction sales. Knowledge of basic structural engineering concepts. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
