As a Salesman in our FMCG division in India, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include directly engaging with local shops, fostering connections with retail clients to boost FMCG product sales, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research to grasp customer preferences, and delivering impactful sales presentations. Your success will be measured by achieving sales targets, enhancing team performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies effectively. You should ideally possess 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), the ability to analyze sales data and market trends, and exceptional negotiation and closing skills are essential.
