Job Description

You will be joining Fulcrum Digital, an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company that specializes in providing digital transformation and technology services from ideation to implementation. As a part of our team, you will be involved in testing units, manuals, automation, load, functions, implementation, etc., reviewing codes for bugs, designing, scaling, and maintaining complex salesforce test frameworks. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant QA technical experience. An understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is essential, along with prior experience in testing the Salesforce platform. While experience in Web Services Testing is preferred, it is not mandatory. Your responsibilities will include creating clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases, reviewing design specifications, identifying test requirements, and designing testing to ensure project coverage. You will be required to develop, document, and maintain test cases, execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases, report test results, identify quality issues, and report them to the manager. Additionally, you will need to isolate, replicate, and report bugs, verify bug fixes, understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications, communicate effectively with development and project management, and demonstrate the ability to lead and work as part of a team with good work ethics. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial for this role.
