Position: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Mumbai Work Mode: Work From Office Experience: 78+ years (Minimum 5 years in Salesforce) Availability: Immediate joiners (within 1 week) Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Translate business needs into scalable, customized Salesforce solutions. Lead technical design sessions and document architectural decisions. Design, develop, and deploy custom components (Apex, LWC, Visualforce). Manage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and data migrations using middleware. Ensure best practices, secure coding, and high code quality. Mentor and guide developers, consultants, and analysts. Participate in staffing, reviews, and career development for team members. Collaborate with solution architects in client workshops. Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, and knowledge assets.
