Job Description
You are currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with 9 to 15 years of experience. As a potential candidate, you should hold a graduate degree and have a minimum of 9+ years of Salesforce experience. Additionally, you must have at least 2+ projects experience as an architect, including large end-to-end Salesforce project implementations across multiple teams. Your main responsibilities will include preparing architecture designs, leading design reviews, designing and developing solutions primarily on the Force.com platform using Apex programming language, Aura Framework, and Communities, ensuring compliance with Salesforce and customer security requirements, and more. Technical skills required for this role include experience in Lightning, Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), release management, Agile methodologies, and more. You should also have project delivery experience in Salesforce.com technology across various domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. In addition to technical skills, you should possess skills in UI/UX understanding, performance optimization, data model and SOQL, security configuration, API familiarity, data migration, code review and deployment, troubleshooting, and knowledge of Salesforce's latest features. Client relationship management is a crucial aspect of this role, where you will be expected to seek ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, develop strong client relationships, and make recommendations for process improvement. Preferred certifications for this position include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
