As a Salesforce Solution Architect with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple projects or one large complex project. This role requires you to work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze information, and develop comprehensive solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices. Under the guidance of a lead Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include providing overall architecture and design for Salesforce implementations, creating prototypes and proofs of concept, mapping business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies. Additionally, you will lead or participate in the definition and prioritization of business and functional requirements, contributing to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience with at least 5 years of experience in SFDC Architecture. It is essential to hold required Salesforce Certifications in the Architecture track and demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com. Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products, experience in architecting solutions on Experience Cloud and Health Cloud, as well as a proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries are highly desirable. You should also possess DevOps experience for CI/CD, experience with CRM and Member service platform implementations, and expertise in large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projects. Strong documentation skills for solution architecture, data integration, and migration solutions, along with excellent communication skills for technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and presentations are crucial. Experience in Experience Cloud/Community and a Salesforce developer background would be advantageous. This is a full-time position located in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
