We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Job Summary: The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency. This role requires extensive experience across various Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Job Location and Address: This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location: Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071 Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices. Develop architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations. Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Implementation and Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Oversee the development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define project goals. Conduct workshops and meetings to present solutions, gather feedback, and refine designs. Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issues. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise. Ensure all solutions are thoroughly documented. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and implementation. Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms. Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
