Job Description

As a Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring their growth and success. Your role will involve serving as the key point of contact for client interactions, ensuring that all solutions are aligned with the client's business goals. You will be instrumental in designing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that adhere to industry best practices. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential as you work closely with them to define project scope, establish timelines, and deliver project milestones. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, maintain quality assurance standards, and oversee deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 8 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform. A strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components is crucial. You must have proven experience in leading Salesforce project teams, managing client communication effectively, and translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as well as experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology. While not mandatory, it would be advantageous to have experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or relevant certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Application Architect.,
