Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce developer with 4+ years of experience, who is an expert in FSL (Field Service Lightning), especially in ESO (Enhanced scheduling andoptimization). Required Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform. Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce ESO Strong knowledge of: I. Scheduling Policies II. Work Rules (time windows, skill matching) III. Objectives (minimize travel, maximize SLA compliance) IV. Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Resource Skills Experience with real-time, batch, and event-based optimization strategies Familiarity with Resource Absences, Capacity Planning, and Re-optimization scenarios Experience supporting ESO for mobile field users through the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App Ability to simulate and test scheduling behaviors for various real-world field service scenarios Good knowledge on Sales cloud and Service cloud Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to field operations and resource management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
