Job Description
The Salesforce Epicor CPQ Specialist role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Epicor CPQ solution within Salesforce. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs, design CPQ solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and ensure seamless integration of CPQ processes with Salesforce CRM system. Your key responsibilities will include leading the deployment and configuration of Epicor CPQ within Salesforce, customizing CPQ features to meet business requirements, and integrating it with other Salesforce modules and external systems. You will optimize CPQ processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in quoting, pricing, and configuration. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for the CPQ system, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation for CPQ configurations and processes. Collaboration is essential in this role as you will work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure that the CPQ solution aligns with business needs. You will act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and project success. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, Epicor CPQ, or other CPQ solutions is required, along with expertise in Salesforce CRM configuration and administration. Technical skills such as understanding of CPQ processes, proficiency in Salesforce administration, and familiarity with integration tools are necessary. Soft skills including problem-solving, analytical skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
