You should have a basic understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and CRM concepts. Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning is beneficial, and familiarity with object-oriented programming is required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. It would be advantageous to have Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer 1 Certification and experience in Salesforce or any CRM tool through internships or academic projects. This position requires 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce Technical skills, with additional skills in Salesforce Functional and Technical areas.
