Job Description
Assist in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data entry, and security settings. Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors. Participate in the testing and deployment of Salesforce enhancements and updates. Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives within Salesforce. Contribute to documentation of Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices. Stay updated with Salesforce features and updates, and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency, basics of LWC. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex or JavaScript) is a plus.Duration: 2 years bond .
