Position: Salesforce Developer (6-7 Years of Experience) Work Mode: Hybrid Bangalore or Noida Employment Type: Long-Term Contract Work Hours: CST Time Zone Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer with extensive expertise in the required specialized skills (detailed in the specialization section). The selected candidate will adhere to the companys software development lifecycle, contributing to the design, coding, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation of system and application programs. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting technical design blueprints based on business requirements and analytical reports. Evaluate functional specifications, analytical documents, and design frameworks, offering constructive feedback. Work closely with fellow developers to ensure quality and uniformity in code development. Engage in architectural planning, design discussions, and code evaluations. Develop and maintain technical documentation at both operational and system levels. Technical Expertise Required: Proficient in Apex programming to manage flow control and transaction logic within Salesforce, integrating API calls. Skilled in Lightning Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript UI frameworks to build responsive, single-page applications for both desktop and mobile within the Salesforce ecosystem. Hands-on experience with web services such as SOAP API, REST API, Bulk API, and Metadata API for system integrations and API development. Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL query languages for efficient data retrieval and searches within the Salesforce environment. Expertise in code performance tuning and various software design patterns. Deep understanding of data modeling and backend logic development (Apex). Advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience utilizing version control systems (GIT, SVN, etc.). Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ability to work in a collaborative, iterative environment. Capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently and deliver on parallel initiatives. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Work Locations: Bangalore or Noida Since this is a hybrid role, candidates should be willing to commute to either location as needed for on-site engagements.,
