Mandatory Skills: 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience Job description: 1.Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. 2. Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. 3. Develop technical architecture and detailed design documentation. 4. Ensure solutions align with overall business and IT strategy. 5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. 6. Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support as needed. 7. Handle post go live maintenance on platform including: system health monitoring, certificate updates, compliance updates, and changes necessary to enable data center change. 8. Manage the tickets reported by the tier 1 team. Perform the root cause analysis for the help central tickets, create JIRA (if needed), follow up with the Salesforce team, coordinate with Dev team & update the JIRA/HCL. 9. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. 10. Build and maintain custom applications, objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. 11.
