The ideal candidate has expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration to drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and configure Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Develop and customize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and workflows. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Optimize and automate business processes using Salesforce tools. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Ensure compliance with security best practices and data governance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive CRM strategy and adoption. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, or development. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce automation tools. Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware.
