Educational Requirements: BE / BCA / MCA (preferably)
Salary :- 30% Hike on Current CTC.

Brief Job Description:
The Salesforce.com consultant shall be responsible for designing and implementing customer-facing solutions, mainly on force.com platform. The consultant will be responsible for understanding project requirements, solutioning & designing the application. The consultant may also have to manage/train other team members.

Technical Requirements:
• Prior experience with Salesforce.com configuration including creating custom objects, fields, apps, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, approval processes, analytics, security model, etc.
• Experience and knowledge of relational databases
• Experience with tools like Apex Data Loader and Eclipse preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
• Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles
• Experience with test scripts & user testing
• Salesforce.com admin certification preferred.
