Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Mumbai (On-site at client office) Key Responsibilities: Develop and document user journeys, gather requirements, and create comprehensive requirement documentation. Leverage expertise in the insurance domain to understand and address industry-specific needs. Design and implement effective communication strategies for customer interactions at all stages: pre-sales, during sales, and post-sales. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in user journey mapping, customer communication and requirement documentation.
