Job Description
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will utilize your understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software, such as CPQ & CLM, and the Salesforce platform to quickly adapt and contribute effectively. Your background in consulting and client-facing roles will be valuable in this position. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating ideas clearly. Familiarity with Conga products will be advantageous, and proficiency in advanced SQL scripting is a requirement. Additionally, experience with programming languages like Visual Basic, C#, or .NET is appreciated. Your key responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, communicating with stakeholders, performing data analysis and reporting, following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), conducting testing and validation, and researching the market trends. Possessing certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, or other formal certification programs will be considered a plus in this role.,
