We are Hiring for Salesforce Automation QA Position: Salesforce Automation QA Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Pune (Hybrid), India Mandatory Skills: CSalesforce QA, Automation Testing, Selenium Webdriver, Java. Job Description:- Experience Level: 5 to 8+ years of overall experience. Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field. Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in test automation, focusing on Selenium WebDriver and Java. Must be a quick starter. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Utilize CI/CD practices to enable and maintain continuous integration. Develop reusable and modular components for use across multiple test scripts. Identify test scenarios for automation feasibility and prepare test data for script consumption. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify issues and performance bottlenecks. Perform code reviews of automated test scripts to ensure best practices and coding standards. Mentor junior automation engineers and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Collaborate within a scrum team to test internal and customer-facing applications. Effectively communicate testing activities and findings both orally and in writing. Work with technical leaders and architects to understand new product requirements. Ensure consistency across devices, browsers, and operating systems. Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Java programming language. Strong understanding of OOP principles and excellent coding skills with Selenium 3 or 4. Familiarity with the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber. Experience with database queries (DML and DQL) and SOQL. Working knowledge of TestNG, Maven, Extent Reports, and Jenkins. Experience in a scrum development environment and familiarity with JIRA. Proficiency in GIT/BITBUCKET. Preferred knowledge of Postman and Rest Assured. Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform is a must. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
