Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and proactive Sales Executives to promote our services at the local level. This role involves building strong relationships within residential communities and with referral partners (clinics, doctors, optical centers,wellness professionals) to drive patient footfalls and brand visibility for the center. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits and awareness activities in residential societies, apartments, and gated communities Build and maintain referral networks with nearby clinics, doctors, pharmacies, and wellness centers Organize and manage on-ground activation events, health talks, camps, and promotional activities Distribute marketing materials and ensure branding visibility at partner and residential locations Track and report daily activity, leads generated, and conversions Coordinate with the centre team to ensure lead follow-up and smooth patient onboarding Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships Strong local knowledge and network in the assigned area Self-motivated and target-oriented Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
