You are in search of a friendly and enthusiastic Saleswoman to join the team at a clothing shop. As a Saleswoman, your main responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly and providing assistance in selecting apparel and accessories. You will be expected to operate the Point of Sale system efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, returns, and exchanges accurately. It will be your duty to actively promote ongoing sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to boost revenue for the store. Additionally, you must deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner. Keeping the store tidy at all times, including dressing rooms, storage areas, and checkout zones, is also part of the job. To qualify for this role, you should have at least a high school diploma and prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred. The ability to work flexible hours, which may include weekends and holidays, is essential for this position.
