Were Hiring: Sales Trainer (Upto 8.5LPA) Location: Rohini, Delhi Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Salary: Up to 8.5 LPA Industry: E-Learning / EdTech Are you passionate about empowering sales teams and driving performance through impactful training Aimlay is looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our growing team and shape the future of sales excellence in EdTech. What You'll Do Youll be the driving force behind our sales teams growth and effectiveness. Your role will involve: Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough analysis to identify training needs and gaps in sales performance. Training Needs Identification (TNI): Identify specific training requirements for individual sales team members. Product knowledge Sales techniques Conducting Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive classroom training sessions for the inside sales team. NHT Refresher Training: Develop and deliver refresher training programs Customer engagement strategies Phone etiquette and communication skills Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement Design training curriculum within time, create and curate training material. Induct new salespeople into the process Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively. Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions. Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved) Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum.
