*Responsibilities:*

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for telesales representatives to enhance their selling skills and productivity.

- Create training materials, including scripts, role-playing scenarios, and presentations, tailored to the needs of telesales teams.

- Conduct training sessions to onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development for existing team members.

- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as classroom instruction, virtual training, and one-on-one coaching, to maximize learning outcomes.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of telesales representatives through call monitoring, performance metrics analysis, and feedback sessions.

- Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and implement strategies for improvement.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a telesales trainer or in a similar training role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.

- In-depth knowledge of telesales techniques, including cold calling, objection handling, and closing strategies.

- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire telesales teams to achieve their targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales technology tools is a plus.
