Urgent Hiring Sales Trainer | Location: Shivajinagar, Bangalore

Industry: E-commerce / BPO | Process: Key Account Management (Sales)
Role: Sales Trainer (Voice Process Inbound/Outbound Sales)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Training Specialist to train and develop new and existing Key Account Managers (KAMs) in a high-performance sales environment. The trainer must have strong BPO sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to boost productivity through impactful training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT)

• Handle 030 day batches and track training effectiveness

• Drive sales skills, upselling techniques, and product knowledge

• Prepare and deliver refresher sessions and performance coaching

• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams

• Create training dashboards and track KPIs using MS Excel

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (10+2+3)
45 years of BPO voice sales experience (inbound/outbound)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer (BPO/e-commerce preferred)
Excellent communication in English & Hindi No MTI (mandatory)
Strong presentation, coaching, and Excel reporting skills
E-commerce domain knowledge is a plus
