Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales process, mentoring the team, and achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Assign sales targets, territories, and monitor daily performance metrics.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet organizational objectives.

  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend go-to-market strategies.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts effectively.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track sales performance through reports and dashboards (CRM or ERP systems).

  • Analyze data to identify improvement areas and forecast future sales trends.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and projections.
