With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the luxury real estate sector, you will be tasked with managing team performance, handling key clients, and finalizing high-value property transactions. Your responsibilities will include leading and supervising a team of sales executives, managing client interactions and negotiations, mentoring team members for enhanced productivity, devising strategies for achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with HNI clients and channel partners, staying updated on Gurgaon's real estate landscape, and collaborating with internal departments such as marketing and CRM. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 2-3 years of experience in luxury property sales in Gurgaon, strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a profound knowledge of the local luxury real estate market.
