Roles and Responsibilities: Managing the overall running of the sales team size of 10 Sales Executives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and solidify its presence in your geography market. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses. Establishing productive and professional relationships with customers and key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new operators by partnering with them. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics. Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives. Oversee planning for the following year's business plan. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating sales efforts with different departments for fast and smooth closing. Market visit for at least 20 Days in a month. To manage the Sales team to achieve the above through: The setting of objectives for all team members. Conducting regular review sessions with your team members. To track daily activities of your team members. Performance management of the team and of own. The support and development of the team Skills and Qualifications:- Candidates should be graduate/Postgraduate (Full time). (MBA would be preferred). Must have handled team size of at least 8-10 team members in previous organizations for at least 2 years. Must have core field sales experience of more than 4-5 years. (Not of showroom, backend, official work, packaging or delivery job) He must belong to the same area within a 50 km radius from the center where the candidate has applied for the job. Ability to overcome objections from potential clients (Objection Handling). Can work under pressure and ready to go to the market for at least 20 days in a month. Have worked in a target-based job. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Must have knowledge of basic excel and google sheets. Should have a personal vehicle and smart android phone.,
