Job Description

As a part of the Account Management team, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. Your key responsibilities will include prioritizing multiple tasks, verifying the accuracy of information, leveraging internal resources, acquiring knowledge of Black Box Solutions and client use cases, actively listening to client needs, and building distinct client relationships. Additionally, you will work independently with clients, support account and opportunity planning, and update client information regularly. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the technology sector, is required. You should possess a strong sales skill set, including persuasive selling, negotiation techniques, closing strategies, pipeline and opportunity cultivation, cross-selling abilities, and objection handling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a good understanding of Internet research methodologies are essential. Experience with a Client Relationship Management system, preferably Salesforce.com, is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders. You should also be capable of establishing strong personal connections and have the ability to comprehend technical jargon and concepts effectively.,
